No. The VPS, WordPress, HTTPS, backups and updates are all handled from the panel. SSH access stays available if you want it.
Nothing: it is included in every plan, with a monthly usage budget that grows with the plan.
The copies included in the plan stay on the disk of the same VPS: they fix a mistake, they do not survive losing the server. That is what Prime Backup is for, €4.90 per month per server: every night files and database leave the VPS, encrypted with a different key per site, and restore from the panel.
